GLT (Global Leadership Team)

This page is dedicated to the Learning and Development of all members across our Lions District.

Leadership Development is critical to the overall success of any organisation, including Lions Clubs International.

The Global Action Team – Global Leadership Team (GLT) provides the vision, guidance and motivation necessary to positively impact our association, assuring our position as the global leader in providing needed community service for many years to come.

Many of the skills Lions gives us can be transferred to our everyday lives, this year we gave courses planned including:-

New Members Sessions, Conflict Resolution, Public Speaking, Meeting Management, MyLion, Mentoring, Certified Guiding Lions to name but a few.

We provide courses across the Lions Year both face to face and virtually, depending on COVID19 Restrictions and the opportunities to deliver sessions on Zoom.

Keep an eye out in the District Newsletter for details of future courses, or visit our dedicated training page

This year we have a team of dedicated Lions to help us all develop, there Lions are:-

Lion Stu Young – Leadership Team Coordinator

Lion Michael Berry

Lion Helen Digger

Lion Cath Kendall

Lion Paul Murphy

Lion Leonie Sims

Lion Fran Stary
